1. Started my morning at 5,500ft on graybeard mountain. 65 degrees, sun on my skin, breathing that crisp air deep into my lungs. The perfect way to ground myself & really begin my day calmly and mindfully. I’m not sure what it is but I just know I belong in these mountains. Maybe because I’m an Aries? Maybe it’s my Cherokee heritage? Either way, this is home.

Anyway, I came home and watered the garden; discovered I have a ‘mater growing & my sunflower bloomed. Can’t help but smile at that! Had a leisurely afternoon until I started checking in guests at 4 & now I’m lounging in bed. Yay.
